The position
Full Time position, 38 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:36pm.
As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home , ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers .
Requirements
As you will be working within an aged care environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process :
Full Time working rights
A valid Police Check
An NDIS Worker Clearance
Necessary vaccinations (3 doses of Covid-19 vaccination) .
Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear mask throughout the entire shift.
As the
Supervisor
you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
General cleaning duties, including residents' rooms,



Common areas etc
Supervision of onsite cleaning and laundry team members
Participation in morning briefings
Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standards on site
Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client
Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management
Managing people
Site inspections
Staff training
Indidents reports
Performance reviews
