In this role you will: work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and medical teams.

Key responsibilities
As an Enrolled Nurse within the Surgical Wards at Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.
Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care, supporting patients throughout their surgical journey from admission through to recovery and discharge.
As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional patient care whilst working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Working alongside surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, allied health professionals and support staff,



you will care for patients with a diverse range of clinical needs in a rapid-paced workplace that values teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.

What you need
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering safe, person-centred care.
You thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting, work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and bring strong communication and clinical assessment skills to your practice.
You are confident in recognising and escalating changes in patient condition, keen to continually develop your skills, and dedicated to supporting positive patient experiences and outcomes.
