Independent Aged Care Worker - Burleigh Area /n

We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Aged Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in the Southern area of Gold Coast.

What You’ll Do /n

/n
Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

/n
Supporting clients with meals and daily routines

/n
Providing companionship and emotional support

/n
Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)

/n
Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided

/n
Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure secure, high-quality support

/n

About You /n

You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:

Compassion, patience, and reliability

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

/n
The ability to work independently in clients’ homes

/n




Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs

/n

Requirements /n

/n
Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health

/n
Current First Aid & CPR certification

/n
Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

/n
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

/n
Full working rights in Australia
