The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to manage and grow a territory across Melbourne's western suburbs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified health professional looking to transition into a sales career, or an experienced industry salesperson who wants to build strong relationships with clinician, clinics and hospitals.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver sales results, support product education and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and manage territory sales activity to achieve targets.
Sell consumable and capital equipment to allied health professionals, clinics and hospitals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders.
Deliver product presentations and training within allied health settings.
Manage field assets, including samples and trial equipment.




Schedule workshops with the Technical Sales team to support business growth.
Maintain strong market and competitor knowledge.
Contribute to pre- and post-tender planning and execution in conjunction with Sales Managers.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit timely field activity reports.
Communicate market feedback and changes in customer needs to management.
Attend and participate in sales and industry meetings.
About You
We are looking for someone who is motivated, relationship-focused and eager to succeed.
You may be a qualified health professional looking to transition into sales, or an experienced salesperson with relevant industry knowledge and a proven track record.
Qualifications and experience:
A degree or diploma, preferably in Health Sciences.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, surgical, medical devices or a related industry is desirable.
Previous sales experience, ideally +2 years, is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
An understanding of the Australian public and private hospital systems.
Strong communication, organisational and planning skills.
The ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
A team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Drive, personal motivation and a commitment to achieving results.
Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems.
