Job Description
Oversee a program of multi-agency research and practice innovation projects, including monitoring of outputs and outcomes, budget and timelines, risk management, as well as alignment with strategic and policy objectives.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct leadership and management to a small team of Postdoctoral Researchers, supporting their development and overseeing the prioritisation and delivery of research and translation activities.
n
Support the work of the Centre's translational research team, including meetings, preparation of funding bids, database management and analytics, and drafting research bids, government reports and publications as required.
n




Develop and lead the implementation of a current Mental Health Research Translation Network to strengthen collaboration and innovation and support the translation of evidence into practice.

What you need
n
n
A PhD qualification in a relevant discipline such as public health, mental health, psychology, social sciences, or a related field is highly desirable.
n
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of conducting and publishing mental health and wellbeing and/or social policy related research and receiving competitive grant funding.
n
Demonstrated experience working with people who have a past or current lived experience of mental health challenges or psychological distress is preferable.
