About the Role
This role requires someone who understands the value of creating an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
As a Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through their buying journey, helping them find the right motorcycle while building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and engagement.
Maximise motorcycle sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Respond to all sales enquiries, including phone, online and walk-in customers, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, new models and industry trends.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Assist in maintaining an engaging and professional showroom presentation.
Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Have a genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling lifestyle.
Hold a current and valid motorcycle licence.
