Full-Time Beauty Therapist
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Beauty Therapist to join our team, delivering high-quality beauty treatments and skin care advice to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Apply general cosmetic and corrective make-up as per the needs of clients.
Discuss client needs, analyse skin characteristics, and advise on suitable skin care, treatments, and application of make-up.
Perform facial and body treatments such as massages.
Treat unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, and depilation.
Evaluate beauty therapy processes and products, recommending improvements where appropriate.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment in line with health and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Providing advice on and selling cosmetic products
About You
Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist, ideally in a salon or spa environment.
Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facial and body treatments, and hair removal techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for client care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced salon environment.
A team player with a positive attitude and qualified presentation.
Qualification:
Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) is required.
Further relevant qualifications or experience in the beauty industry will be highly regarded.
