The Role

We're on the hunt for highly motivated, resilient, and energetic person to join us asa Sales Associate.

Five-star customer service skills are a must.

This is a high-energy, people-focused role where you'll be sparking conversations, opening doors (literally), and creating opportunities for our sales team. Along the way, you'll gain first-hand experience in the real estate industry and learn exactly what it takes to become a successful agent yourself. This role comes with outstanding remuneration and a high reward-for-effort incentive package.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting and generating leads

Building rapport and starting meaningful conversations

Booking appointments and creating opportunities for the sales team

Assisting with buyer inspections and open homes

Learning the foundations of real estate success and developing the skills of a top agent

Being the friendly, confident first point of contact in the sales journey
