We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to fill a full time position based at our premises at Cavan. You will be required to use your mechanical and parts knowledge to assist customers with their enquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure customers receive up to date information on all products/services over the telephone and through counter sales. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to our existing and new customers
Handle all parts sales and enquiries.
Process all orders efficiently and accurately




Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
Promote and upsell products

Skills & Experience
A good mechanical aptitude
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Excellent attention to detail
Solid interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Friendly and positive can-do attitude
Current drivers licence
Heavy Truck Parts experience would be an advantage
