We're working with a Tier 2 developer-builder who need Structure Foremen across their Sydney projects. There are five sites in total, all high-rise residential and mixed-use between $400m and $600m, and a few of them are at early works right now. Every one of them is a few minutes from a metro or train station.

You'll be running the structure: formwork, reo and concrete, holding the slab cycle, and keeping crane, hoist and delivery logistics working so nobody is standing around. You'll report to the Site Manager, with the Construction Manager across the group.

The business behind it is the drawcard. They have a 10-year secured pipeline, which barely exists in this market, so the work isn't going to run out on you halfway through. The Construction Manager has been there eight years and the senior leadership around him has been in place just as long.



Decisions get made quickly and you're left alone to run your part of the site.

Structure Foreman experience on high-rise residential or mixed-use
Towers of 15 storeys and up will be highly regarded
Solid across formwork, reo and concrete, and able to hold a slab cycle
On top of crane and hoist logistics, site access and deliveries
Trade qualified, and someone who keeps the cycle moving without cutting corners on safety
