Hawkins Resources is seeking experienced Underground Service Crew personnel for an initial three-month engagement at a major underground mining operation in Far West NSW.
Suitable personnel will have the opportunity to transition into permanent employment with the mine following the initial engagement.

Hawkins Resources is seeking experienced Underground Service Crew personnel for an initial three-month engagement at a major underground mining operation in Far West NSW.
Suitable personnel will have the chance to transition into permanent employment with the mine following the initial engagement.
The role
Duties may include:
Installing and extending underground services
Ventilation installation and maintenance
Installing air, water and pump lines




Dewatering and maintaining underground infrastructure
Hanging and extending electrical cables
Supporting production and development crews
Completing workplace inspections and safety documentation
What we're looking for
Previous underground hard-rock mining experience
Service Crew experience appropriate to Level 1 or Level 2
Previous external industry Trade Experience
Current Australian driver's licence
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and functional assessment
Australian working rights
