Job Description
Anglicare Southern Queensland Fortitude Valley, QLD, seeks a Quality Assurance & Improvement Lead for a 12-month, full time fixed-term. You will drive best practice quality management, governance frameworks, and proactive risk management to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

You will coach staff, lead QA reviews, produce critical reports, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
