Job Description

Connect Hearing Tuggerah is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative to deliver outstanding service to our predominantly older clients. This permanent part time role is 15.2 hours across two days (Mon-Wed) and supports our clinicians with appointments, billing and clinic operations.

You will welcome clients, manage phone and email communications, assist with admin tasks, and learn a range of software.
