Roshana Care Group is seeking a highly organised Rostering Coordinator for Macleay Valley Aged Care in Frederickton, NSW. You will manage day-to-day rosters, coordinate shifts and ensure safe staffing levels to support resident care.
Working with the Facility Manager and clinical leaders, you will maintain workforce records, respond to changing staffing needs, and help optimise operations while delivering skilled service to residents and staff.
