5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Proven experience deliveringIT projects and initiativeswithin large and complex organisations.
Strong experience withAgile/Scrum methodologies, tools, and delivery practices.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
Proven experience facilitatingworkshops and requirements elicitation.

Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
Qualifications
Diploma or higher qualification inInformation Technology, Business, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline;or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
Professional Business Analysis certification such asIIBA/CBAPis desirable.




Agile qualifications such asCSPO, Certified ScrumMaster, or Secure Agilistare desirable.
Previous experience within theHigher Education sector.
Experience working across a broad range ofIT domains and digital projects.
Experience applying Business Analysis practices to support complex project delivery.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders across large enterprise environments.
