Job Description
We are one of Australia's largest importers of building materials, timber, and engineered wood products.

Due to continued growth, we require an additional Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team based at our Northmead head office.
n
Reporting to the Financial Controller , you will have a broad range of responsibilities including:
n
Communicating with and collecting debt from clients
n
Achieving monthly debt collection target
n
Resolving customer queries and issues
n
Processing invoices and credit notes
n
Coordinating credit applications and reference checks
n
Preparing complex account reconciliations as required
n
Performing other ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as needed
n




The successful candidate will have:
n
Minimum of 2 years of credit/accounts receivable experience
n
Effective verbal and written communication
n
Experience in large ERP systems and Excel (intermediate level is essential)
n
Attention to detail and accurate
n
Self-motivated and able to work independently
n
