Job Description

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Coordinator to support a busy onsite Talent Acquisition function in Welshpool. This casual, site-based role in Kewdale offers 3–4 days per week and an 8-week assignment with potential extension.

You will handle high-volume recruitment tasks, candidate sourcing, screening and onboarding support, using Paradox ATS, and collaborate with senior TA leadership to ensure timely delivery.
