We are seeking dedicated & enthusiastic individuals to join our Cafe & Rooftop Bar team. As a vital part of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean & welcoming workplace, & assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our food & beverage offerings.
Barista experience preferred & previous experience in a customer service role is vital.

Responsibilities:

Greet & engage with customers in a friendly & positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
/n
Prepare & serve a variety of food & beverages, following established recipes & quality standards.
/n
Maintain cleanliness & organisation of the food & beverage space.
/n
Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies, & notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
/n
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow & exceptional customer service.
/n
Adhere to all health & safety regulations, maintaining a clean & safe work environment.
/n
Assist in the setup & breakdown of events or special promotions as required.
/n

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
/n
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail in a premium environment.

Strong organisational & multitasking abilities while working solo.
/n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends & holidays.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Current Food Safety Certificate

Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
