Job Description
Ericsson is seeking a Support Engineer to join a specialist CCxx/UDM support team in MOAI NEO, focusing on 5G Core and Cloud Core solutions.
You will handle L2/L3 incidents, drive fault isolation, and work with product and service teams to reduce outages and introduce current CCxx releases.
A strong, customer-focused, carrier-grade mindset is essential.
You will analyze system behavior, logs, and distribution metrics to identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives, including
