You will
n

Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and build solid relationships across their organisations
n
Provide expert support on import and export sea cargo, including quoting and rate sourcing
n
Coordinate international shipments end to end on behalf of customers
n
Liaise confidently with clients, carriers, and the global partner network
n
Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
n
Deliver timely reporting, communication, and proactive customer updates
n

You have
n
n
A proven background in customer service or sales support within freight forwarding
n
Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or shipping
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Your own transport, as public transport is not available in the area
n
