BlueCare Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility is seeking a caring Wellness Partner to lead engaging, person-centred wellness programs for residents. You'll work closely with residents, families and the care team to promote activity, independence and connection, in a permanent full time role at Mackay Homefield.
Requirements include a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, a current Queensland driver licence, and experience facilitating activities in aged care or similar settings.
