We are seeking a talented and passionate Technical Director – Engagement and Communication to help shape and deliver strategic initiatives across complex infrastructure, environmental, and energy projects.

Working with a supportive, high-performing team, youwill contribute to a variety of projects and have the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial capabilities through:
Developing andimplementing stakeholder and community engagement strategies and plans acrossGHD's diverse projects
Managing and successfully delivering complex projects for clients, with support as you grow into the broader responsibilities of the role
Building trusted relationships with existing clients and contributing to new areas of growth
Identifying opportunities and helping develop clear, compelling proposals with guidance from experienced colleagues
Contributing to collaborative,



high-performing teams and consistently delivering quality outcomes
Sharing practical insights, lessons and ideas that strengthen engagement and communication practice
Growing your influence as a technical practitioner by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and role modelling GHD behaviours
Contributing ideas and technical perspectives that help shape GHD's strategic direction
What you'll bring:
7 to 10 years' experience delivering engagement and communication outcomes, with the ambition and readiness to grow into a senior technical role
Formal qualifications ina SocialScience/Communications/Commercedegree or a related field, or equivalent transferable experience
Astrong commitment to client service andquality delivery
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with theflexibility torespond to changing project needs
Excellent writing skills and theability tocreate high-quality content fordifferent audiences andchannels
Strong interpersonalskillsandtheconfidencetocommunicate respectfully with communitymembers, clientsand other stakeholders
The ability to work independently when needed and collaboratively as part of a team
Sound judgement, curiosity and a willingness to learn
