Develop and implement social procurement strategies in alignment with organisational goals.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and onboard socially responsible suppliers.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to ethical and sustainable practices.

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the supply chain.
n
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on procurement outcomes and impact.
n
Stay informed on trends and best practices in social procurement and the Technology & Telecoms industry.
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and regulations.
n
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on social procurement practices.

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Social Procurement Lead should have:

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
n
A strong understanding of social procurement principles, particularly for indigenous suppliers, and sustainable supply chain practices.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
n
Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
n
A proactive mindset with a commitment to driving positive social and environmental outcomes.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in procurement, supply chain, business, or a related field.
