Capral Aluminium is looking for a curious and technically minded graduate to join our Smithfield aluminium extrusion manufacturing facility.
n
This isn't your typical graduate role. You'll start where the engineering happens - on the manufacturing floor - learning alongside experienced operators, technicians, tradespeople and manufacturing leaders.

You'll gain practical exposure to:

Aluminium extrusion and manufacturing processes

Automated machinery and material-handling systems

Process control and optimisation

Equipment performance and troubleshooting

ABOUT YOU
n
We're looking for recent or upcoming graduates in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing,



Industrial, Electrical or Automation Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
n
You don't need years of manufacturing experience. We're looking for someone who:

Is curious about how machinery and manufacturing processes work
n
Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of doing things
n
Is hands-on and willing to learn on the factory floor
n
Is interested in automation, technology and continuous improvement
n
Is safety focused and keen to learn from experienced people

Wants to build a long-term engineering career
