We are a major grower and processor of eggs and value-added egg products operating 9 company farms on the east coast and maintaining 2 major grading and a processing facility.
About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing team in delivering marketing initiatives, customer service, product development projects and sales administration. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, communicates well with internal and external stakeholders, and can balance digital marketing, customer support and administrative coordination in a rapid-paced environment. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will help maintain Farm Pride's online presence, respond to customer enquiries, assist with order processing, coordinate packaging and new product development activities, and ensure marketing content is accurate, timely and consistent across all channels.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and update company websites with current product, brand and corporate information
Coordinate website content updates, product launches and promotional campaigns
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, engagement and campaign reporting
Create and coordinate content including posts, articles, videos, photography and promotional materials




Respond to customer enquiries received by phone, email, website and social media
Support the sales team with customer communications, follow-up activities, records and reporting
Assist with sales order entry, order processing requirements and customer order issue resolution
Coordinate packaging artwork reviews, specifications, supplier communications and approval records
Assist with new product development activity from concept through to launch, including samples, trials, feedback, timelines and marketing materials
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or at least three years' experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Professional, empathetic and solution-focused approach to customer enquiries
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, record keeping and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence using ERP, inventory or CRM systems
Experience with website updates, social media coordination, marketing content, packaging or product development will be highly regarded
