About You

We're looking for someone who loves helping people and thrives in a team environment. The right person will be warm, approachable, and able to bring calm and positivity even when things get busy. You'll also bring:

Confidence working in a rapid-paced environment

Strong multitasking and organisational skills

Solid computer literacy (experience with Best Practice is a bonus, but training is available)

Attention to detail and a qualified, patient,
and courteous manner

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
n
Answering phones and supporting enquiries with care and professionalism
n
Booking and managing patient appointments
n
Processing accounts and managing invoicing/receipting, including third-party suppliers
n
Supporting our doctors and health professionals with day-to-day administration
n
Maintaining confidentiality and treating patient information with respect
n
Helping the team stay organised and ensuring the practice runs smoothly
n
Pitching in where needed and working flexibly, including some evenings or Saturdays
n
n
Hours
n
We're open Monday to Friday and looking for someone who can be flexible across the week but especially Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays!
