The Role:

Join our team as a Legal Assistant in our General Personal Injury practice.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Opening/closing files
n




Preparation and filing of court documents
n
Corresponding with defendant solicitors, clients, barristers and the Court
n
Diary management
n
Thorough understanding of the litigation process and procedures
n
Client management
n
Preparing briefs to Counsel
n

n

Skills/Experience:

n

n
1+ years of legal assistant experience in personal injury law
n
Exceptional client service
n
Outstanding attention to detail
n
High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
n
Exceptional phone manner
n
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
n
Genuine passion for personal injury law
n
Confident and a high level of sensitivity to deal with clients
