Western Health is seeking a Gem at Home junior doctor based at Sunshine Hospital to join a collaborative team delivering geriatric care in the community and performing home assessments.
You will work under mentorship from an Advanced Trainee and Geriatrician, with flexible working days for part time arrangements; you must hold APHRA registration, be PGY3 or above, and hold a valid Australian driver's license.
