Mountain Heritage in Katoomba is seeking a Cook to join a destination fine dining team delivering memorable dining experiences for hotel guests and the public. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will oversee a cooking section and contribute to evolving menu ideas with a focus on flavour consistency.
You will lead and energise the kitchen brigade, uphold WHS and company policies, and maintain high-quality meals while building solid relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
