At Concentric, we don't expect you to have it all figured out. We're here to help you build your confidence, find your feet clinically and become the OT you want to be, with an amazing onboarding and graduate support program to set you up for success from day one.
Our Midland team is looking for a New Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn.
Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.
What You'll Be Doing

A great mix of clinic-based and community work
Opportunities to support clients across homes, schools, kindergartens and other community environments

Experienced clinicians around you to learn from, collaborate with and bounce ideas off
A team culture that values connection, collaboration and having fun together
You'll be supported to:
Complete functional, developmental and participation-based assessments
Develop individualised therapy plans based on each client's goals
Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
Support children across areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, regulation and participation
Support NDIS participants to build independence and achieve their individual goals
Work closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals
Build your confidence managing a varied caseload
Collaborate with experienced OTs and a broader multidisciplinary team
Develop your clinical reasoning and professional skills across paediatric and NDIS practice
Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and peer learning
Gradually build your independence while always having support around you
No one expects you to know everything on day one. You'll have a team around you to ask questions, bounce ideas off and learn from every step of the way.
