Job Description
As Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective clinical leadership and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care within the unit.

Key responsibilities

You will work closely with residents, families, care staff, allied health professionals and management to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing.
n
Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff.
n
Oversee the delivery of secure, high-quality, person-centred care.
n
Monitor residents' clinical needs and ensure appropriate assessment, care planning and review.
n

What you need
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
n
Previous experience in residential aged care.
