SAP S/4HANA Change Lead – People Services
Brisbane | Contract | Up to 8 months contract with potential extension
We are seeking an experiencedSAP S/4HANA Change Leadto join a major transformation program and lead change management and business readiness activities across thePeople Servicesstream.
This is a key role within a large-scale ERP transformation, focused on helping people, processes and technology transition successfully to a new SAP S/4HANA environment.
About the Role
You will lead the development and execution of change initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, leadership, technical teams and business readiness functions to drive adoption and minimise disruption.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead and execute thechange management strategyacross the People Services stream.
Develop and deliverstakeholder engagement and communication plansthroughout the transformation.
Conductchange impact and business readiness assessmentsand support teams through go-live.
Identify and manageresistance to change, proactively addressing concerns and supporting adoption.
Monitor and report onchange adoption metrics, including employee engagement, training completion and system utilisation.
Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to embed new processes and ways of working.
Supportpost-go-live adoption and sustainability, ensuring the business is equipped to operate effectively in the new SAP environment.
About You




You will be an experienced change professional with a strong background inSAP-led business transformation, ideally with experience acrossSAP S/4HANA and Human Capital Management (HCM)environments.
We are looking for:
10+ years' experiencein change management and business transformation.
Proven experience deliveringlarge-scale ERP change programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Experience working withPayroll and/or SAP Fieldglassimplementations.
Robust knowledge of change methodologies such asProsci ADKAR, Kotter or Lewin.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
Strong change impact, resistance management and adoption monitoring experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, includingexecutive-level reporting and presentations.
Ability to work effectively across complex, cross-functional and virtual teams.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and critical go-live activities.
Desirable
Experience withProsci certification, SAP Activate, fit-to-standard workshops, SAP S/4HANA Payroll and/or SAP Fieldglasswill be highly regarded.
