Techium Consulting Group is partnering with a leading Australian fintech scale-up to recruit a strategically minded Customer Success Manager.
You will onboard high-value accounts and drive maximum platform adoption, serving CFOs and fintech executives as a trusted advisor.
You'll guide customers from implementation through value realization, troubleshoot advanced workflows, and translate technical feedback to the R&D; team to prioritise fixes and requests.
