Duties
In this role, you will:
Work as part of a supportive team, including a Director and Special Counsel
Focus primarily on Estate Litigation matters, including: Estate disputes and will challenges;Guardianship and capacity disputes
Manage your own files under supervision
Assist with more complex matters as required
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders professionally and effectively
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years PAE
and extensive experience with estate litigation matters and estate administration
Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and strong empathy
Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven
Excellent time management & organisational skills to manage competing priorities
