Registered Nurse | In-Home and Community Care
$*****+ per hour | Flexible Casual Shifts | Greater Melbourne
O&N; Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (Division 1) to provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes across Greater Melbourne.
This is an excellent prospect for RNs who enjoy working independently, building meaningful relationships with clients, and delivering personalised care outside of a traditional hospital environment.
The role may include:
Comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical review
Wound care and management
Medication administration and management
Catheter and continence care
Chronic disease management
Hospital in the Home (HITH) support
Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, case managers and families
Completing accurate progress notes and clinical documentation




Community, Aged Care, HITH and Critical Care experience will be highly regarded.

To be considered, you will need:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 5 years nursing experience
Current CPR/BLS and Manual Handling certificates
Australian Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
