About the role
n
We're looking for a senior lawyer (5+ PQE) to join our internal team at Lawpath Legal. As a member of our legal team, you will advise startups and small/medium businesses on a wide range of general commercial matters. While no two days will be exactly the same, your main responsibilities will include:

What we're looking for:

Corporate/Commercial
expertise: Significant experience in corporate and commercial law.

Startup enthusiast: Passion for startups, NewLaw, and legal innovation.
n
If you have experience with business sale and commercial property matters, this is a bonus but not required
n
Business savvy: An understanding of the challenges faced by SMBs.
n
Independent problem-solver: Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions.

Adaptable professional: Comfortable in a rapidly changing and agile environment.

Client-focused: Dedication to exceeding client expectations and ensuring their satisfaction
