Key focus areas:

Lead the remediation of identified payroll compliance risks
n
Review and validate payroll findings across multiple entities
n
Analyse historical payroll data and quantify underpayments
n
Apply strong knowledge of Up-to-date Awards, EAs, Fair Work and superannuation
n
Identify payroll system and process issues contributing to incorrect payments
n
Develop robust remediation methodologies and maintain strong governance
n
Partner with senior HR, payroll and business stakeholders throughout the process
n

About you:
n
You'll be a senior payroll specialist with proven experience delivering complex payroll projects,



strong technical knowledge and the ability to confidently manage sensitive issues from investigation through to remediation.
n
We're looking for an experienced Payroll Compliance and Remediation Manager to take ownership of a complex, multi-entity payroll remediation project. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously led payroll remediation, transformation or outsourced a payroll function and is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level.
