Service Stream is expanding its Transport division with current ITS maintenance contracts across Victoria. The ITS Works Monitoring Officer will operate in a 24/7 control room, triaging faults, coordinating responses and maintaining audit-ready records to support contract performance.
You'll liaise with DTP, TOC, and delivery partners, monitor signals and asset health, and ensure safety and reliability of the network while sustaining proper handovers and shift logs.
