Your New Role
We are on the hunt for a passionate, experienced and service focused Maintenance Officer to help support our team of service professionals to deliver exceptional handyperson services to our community of residents.

You will work on-site in our premium building located inRichmond, to provide high-quality repairs and maintenance for ourresident community.
Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Officer, you will:
ensure the building is well maintained
ensure resident handy work requests are attended to in a timely manner and with care
be responsible for ensuring all essential service equipment and plant equipment are maintained at a high level by managing the various contractors employed to conduct regular services




play and essential role in the make ready process of preparing apartments for residents and for the general maintenance of apartments after move in.
be responsible for supporting the maintenance of Fire Services (equipment and compliance) and other Essential Safety Measures (including the monitoring and compliance functions) supporting contractor management, WHS and compliance requirements, including ensuring all works are compliant to Australian standards.
This wide-ranging and dynamic role provides you with a chance to develop your maintenance and facilities career within a rapidly growing company. This is a full time position, with a work roster covering Tuesday - Saturday each week.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum 2+ years experience in a general maintenance role. Hotel or Build to Rent experience would be advantageous. You will have exceptional interpersonal communication skills paired with excellent time management and the ability to work unsupervised. Your level of customer service along with service resolution skills shine and you're a team player.
