About the Role
As our Larder Chef, you'll be responsible for the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, starters, dressings, sauces, charcuterie and other larder items. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present larder dishes to a consistently high standard
Prepare salads, cold starters, dressings, sauces and garnishes
Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organised and hygienic
Follow food safety,



hygiene and HACCP procedures
Assist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising food waste
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Support and communicate effectively with the wider kitchen team
Contribute ideas and maintain a positive, qualified kitchen environment
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a professional kitchen
Has at least 1 years experience working in larder or similar section
Has a genuine passion for food and presentation
Works well under pressure and as part of a team
Is available to work days, nights and weekends
