As a
Recent Home Sales & Marketing Assistant
you will support the Sales team in the Darling and Southern Downs,you will be responsible for opening and showcasing the display home, creating quality content that aligns with the Stroud Homes brand guidelines, and creating house and land packages within our target areas.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Create Opportunities:
Work with local land estates and developers building relationships and providing house and land packages. Contact leads and book appointments.
Marketing & Customer Service:
Ensure that all display presentation standards are maintained appropriately and that all marketing material within display is current; and
Administration:
Maintain and manage leads and customer information through CRM Pipedrive.
Please note: You will be required to work weekends, with a 2-on, 2-off rotating roster.
