What You'll Do:
Create a motivated, engaged, and high‐performing team culture.
Support and develop team members, helping them reach their full potential.
Ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations through hands‐on leadership.
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a solutions‐focused mindset to every challenge.

Experience with having the 'hard' conversations with your team when standards and performance expectations have not been met.
This role is Wednesday to Saturday, so you can enjoy a 3 day weekend every week.
This role will be paid under the Waste Management Award, where you can enjoy overtime and penalty rates on the weekends.
