We're looking for aBusiness Development Managerto help expand our workplace programs and grow partnerships with organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for someone who is confidentexecuting an outbound strategy to build pipeline, while owning theend-to-end sales journey- from prospecting through to pitching, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals.
You'll partner withmid-to-large organisations, positioning MoleMap's workplace skin check programs as both avaluable employee wellbeing benefitand aproactive solution for organisations with outdoor workforces to manage employee health risks.

Engage stakeholders acrossHR, People & Culture, Safety, and Operations
Position MoleMap's programs as both awellbeing initiative and workforce risk solution




Share insights and approaches that helplift capability and win rates across the team
What we're looking for
2–3 years' experiencein business development or B2B sales
Proven ability togenerate pipeline through outbound activity
Experience managing thefull sales cyclefrom prospecting to close
Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with a proactive, opportunity-led approach
Bonus:Experience selling intoHR, Safety, or Operations teams, or withinhealth, wellbeing, or insurance sectors.
