CBRE Building Engineer role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life safety.
You will support preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with codes and safety directives within client facilities.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED with 4-5 years of job-related experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to handle physical tasks.
