About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.
You'll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and talent pools
Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications
Provide expert advice to support informed hiring decisionsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and time-to-hire




Maintain accurate records and reporting within recruitment systems
About You
What you'll bring
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a agile environment
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and hiring
Confidence providing guidance and influencing hiring decisions
Experience in disability services, blue-collar, or high-volume recruitment
Experience working within a large or complex organisation
