Job Description
The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy Victoria store.
You will manage on‐floor operations, stock, service and standards with a team of *****, leading by doing and being on the shop floor rather than in an office.
You'll have retail leadership experience, be comfortable driving performance, and you will benefit from a transparent path forward as the business grows.
Base hourly rate starts from $***** with penalties, overtime, bonus and leave loading.
