About the role
n
We're looking for reliable, hands-on casuals to support two back-to-back luxury retail pop-up events in Sydney's CBD throughout November. Roles span bump-in/setup, sales floor support, and repack/bump-out. Shifts may be allocated across one or multiple phases depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities
n
(2-4 Nov) - Bump-In & Setup
n
n
Mon 2 - Tue 3 Nov: Lift and move boxes during bump-in (approx. 5:*****:00AM), followed by setup of the space (approx. 11:00AM-5:00PM)
n
Wed 4 Nov: Setup and testing ahead of sales days
n
n
(5-6 Nov) - Sales
n
n
Assist customers on the sales floor across extended trading hours (approx. 7:00AM-8:00PM)
n
Support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering as needed
n
n
(7-9 Nov) - Repack & Bump-Out
n
n
Sat 7 - Sun 8 Nov: Repack stock and pack down the event space
n
Mon 9 Nov: move boxes and dismantle displays
n
n
****** Nov) - Bump-In & Setup
n

Tue 10 Nov: Bump-in (approx. 5:*****:00AM)

Wed 11 Nov:



Bump-in continues (approx. 5:*****:00AM), followed by a second shift for setup (approx. 11:30AM-5:00PM)

Thu 12 - Fri 13 Nov: Setup and testing ahead of sales days

Assist customers on the sales floor across the week

Support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering as needed

Repack stock at the end of the event

Reliable and punctual; able to commit to selected shifts
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
n
Physically able to lift boxes and assist with bump-in/bump-out tasks
n
Friendly, proactive, and professional
n
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes required for bump-in/setup/repack shifts
n
All black pants required for sales floor shifts
n
Retail, events, or customer service experience is a bonus
n
Must be available across the rostered November dates
n
Work across two major luxury brand events
n
Great entry point into event/retail logistics and sales work with well-known luxury brands
n
