Key Responsibilities
Deliver qualified, warm, and attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge of food,



wine, coffee and craft spirits
Anticipate guest needs to create memorable dining experiences.
Maintain seamless communication across all teams.
Uphold high standards of section cleanliness, presentation, and details.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in a premium, high-volume restaurant or boutique hotel.
A natural communicator with a warm personality and a sharp eye for detail.
A team-first mindset rooted in "enlightened hospitality"—caring for your team as much as our guests.
A valid Victorian RSA certificate.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and holidays.
