What you need
Demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and strengthen effective partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs), Aboriginal communities, community leaders, schools, youth services, health services and other key stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with communities and stakeholders to develop, implement and evaluate health promotion initiatives, including behaviour change strategies and activities aimed at improving access to health services.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
