Job Description

Are you passionate about food and creating unforgettable for our guests? We're looking for new Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team, working across TurBARlence Tavern, in room dining & conferencing.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Serving food and beverage to all guests
n




Ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards are maintained
n
Ensuring dockets are entered correctly and closed off into POS system
n
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
n
Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times
n
Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures
n
Assisting with stock control and room set ups
n
n
Qualifications
n
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
n
n
Previous experience in a similar role
n
n
Barista Skills/experience
n
n
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
n
Ability to work as part of a team
n
Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (able to obtain)
n
Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, evenings and public holidays
n
Must have current work rights in Australia
n
